1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using PumpDemo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your region) to use PumpDemo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What PumpDemo is (and isn't)

PumpDemo is a simulation designed to help people practice memecoin trading concepts in a risk-free environment. Specifically:

• No real cryptocurrency is ever bought, sold, or held. All coins, prices, and market activity are generated by a simulated market.
• Your simulated balance has no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value.
• PumpDemo is not investment advice. Nothing in the app — including simulated outcomes, leaderboard rankings, or trading data — should be taken as a recommendation or prediction about real financial markets or real cryptocurrencies.
• Coin names and market data shown as "live" may be pulled from real, publicly available sources for realism, but the prices and trading outcomes you see remain entirely simulated.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and billing

PumpDemo offers optional paid plans with additional features (like a higher simulated starting balance or advanced tools). If you subscribe:

• Billing is processed securely through Stripe, and by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in your account settings.
• All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This applies to every billing cycle, including renewal charges — by subscribing, you accept full responsibility for canceling before your next renewal date if you no longer want to be charged.
• Canceling stops future renewals — it does not refund the current period. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan's features for the rest of the period you already paid for; you simply won't be charged again after it ends.
• Forgetting to cancel is not grounds for a refund. If your subscription renews because you didn't cancel in time, that charge is treated the same as any other subscription payment: final, and your responsibility. We won't reverse a renewal charge because it was accidental, unwanted in hindsight, or simply forgotten.
• Prices may change; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable use

When using PumpDemo, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app in ways not intended for normal use
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell access to the app

7. Leaderboard and public data

Your display name, avatar, rank, and simulated trading performance may appear on public or shared features like the leaderboard, visible to other users of the app. Don't use a display name or photo you wouldn't want other users to see.

8. Intellectual property

PumpDemo's design, branding, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

PumpDemo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that simulated market behavior reflects real-world market conditions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PumpDemo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Since no real money or assets are ever placed at risk through simulated trading, PumpDemo's liability relating to trading activity is limited to zero. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using PumpDemo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of PumpDemo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PumpDemo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
